Participants will develop skills in fostering innovation, addressing sustainability concerns, and creating societal impact. The course aligns with EIT Food’s core missions, aiming to equip learners with the ability to analyze and respond to the pressing issues in the agri-food industry.

To enrol in the Inspire Impact course, candidates must have completed the relevant Inspire School programme:

  • Inspire – Circular Agrifood;
  • Inspire – Restorative Aquaculture;
  • Inspire – Digital Technologies in the Food System;
  • RIS Inspire – HealthySoil4Life;
  • RIS Inspire – Deep Tech in Regenerative Agriculture;
  • RIS Inspire – Sustainable Food Production and Consumption;
  • RIS Inspire – SAFER (Student Entrepreneurship for an Agri-Food Ecosystem Recovery)

Programme structure

The programme is delivered as an online Canvas course, supplemented by live online sessions. It is designed to be flexible, allowing participants to complete the course at their own pace, with a minimum duration of 15 days.

The learning process includes video lectures, interactive activities, peer collaboration, and real-world applications through project proposals and presentations. The course culminates in a grand finale competition in December, where the best presentations receive cash prizes.

Career opportunities

Graduates of the Inspire Impact course will be well-prepared to take on leadership roles in the agri-food sector, focusing on sustainability and innovation. The skills developed in entrepreneurship, problem-solving, and resource mobilization enable participants to launch startups, lead sustainability initiatives, or contribute to policy development.
